Where should I post up about problems with specific companies

I knwo we've had some problems with mud slinging in the past, so I figured I would ask here first. Where and how would it be appopriate to post about a bad experiance with a vendor? I asked for help rearding this topic on the non-tech board, but I didn't mention any secific names becase I didn't know what was appropriate. I just don't want other people here to run into the same problem with this vendor. I was warned by someone here about problems with these guys competitors messing around, so I went to a different place and had the same problem. I'f this really isn't the place for specific gripes, I understand, but I figured I would at least ask before looking stupid.

Seems to me that Non-Tech is about the best place.
