when does uwharrie open this year?

ive looked all over google and all i can find is these outdated websites me and my buddies were plannin a trip there for spring break and we're hoping it will be open does anyone know when theyre opening this year?

yea i saw tht but i think thts an old site cause one of my friends told me it was open year round but i wasnt sure

That site might be old but it is the official site to my knowledge. URE is open from April 1st to December 15th. Post up if you go and some of us will be glad to join you. There are a few down here that go for day trips all the time.

i used to go there when Daniels was bad ass and then one day they flattened it..

Daniel was nasty at the end of the season, but who knows what they will do during the off-season.

I dont care if they do de-ball the trails there. Its about the only public trails we have left in NC to wheel.

Don't know of any public lands that have trails besides Brown Mountain, 1 trail IIRC, and URE now that Tellico is closed. Where is robbinsville?

when i used to belong to CNC4x4 back in the days we hit a trail in Robbinsville NC. It was snowed up when we went there.. A V Notch to cross at the bottom and some tight trails through the woods to huge slab of rock at the top. its all i remember. I got pictures of it somewhere...
