that's how i was in high school too man. i was a wrestler til senior year when i blew my knee out. went from running 6 miles a day, working out 2 hours a day, and wrestling 2 hours a day, to doing damn near nothing for about 7 years. i even had a free gym to work out at at UNT, and barely ever utilized it. went from being 210, size 34 pants, skinny (for my frame at least), and built, to being near 270, double chin, size 42 pants, and not being able to even run a 1/4 mile. finally got fed up and made a decision to change. oh, btw, when i was unemployed is when i was at my biggest too, so i understand that situation bro. ocne you make the decision and don't look back, you'll do fine man. and if you need a workout partner let me know. I can always do longer cardio and put up more weight when i got someone there with me.
