Drivers side rear turn hasn't worked in a while and you get the "double click" sound when left blinker is on (front goes twice as fast). Just switched bulbs from one side to the other to test the bulb itself and it appears to be fine i.e. Both bulbs work on passenger side.

Drunk Will keeps our chapter alive. Yea the socket wiring upstream.
Put in my woody and had it on the road the first time since Barnwell.
Think I'm going to send my steering box to redneck rams to have it rebuild and tapped. Also need tp do some research on power steering pumps.

Are there individual flashers per side? Should I cut the socket off and splice a jy one on?

I had old_man rebuild a box for me and tap it too. I'm running a wj power steering pump. I'm going to get that damn leak fixed and plumb in a spare cooler i have as well. I also need to make sure that I'm hooking the low pressure return line up to the right orifice this time (read up on that for wj pump swaps).

My understanding is old man isn't doing it anymore, or else I would have him do it.
I would make sure the socket is getting power. I know renix has a flasher for the signals, and a second for the emergency blinkers

I had to replace the socket on my XJ a while back. I got a new socket from a local autoparts store over here that had them on a shelf. NAPA and Oreillys werent much help when trying to find it.

Oh let's see. I am getting a new carb in the next day or three, stripped down the rear hatch area and getting it prepped to be chopped. I also need to get a new battery, maybe tomorrow. I HAVE to get this thing wheeling again. Siting in it now, missing the fun, and scarry times in it. Man do I miss my xj.

Will, on the other hand, I was wishing he was gone by now. Lmfao.

Yeah Will, thinking about coming back as a member. I bet you will not recognize my kids now. AND I have a 4th on the way.

I ordered my carb today, so the xj should be going in a week or 2.

Pulled the clutch out and it actually wasn't bad.
Gonna put the new one that I got ages ago in anyway

Also if anyone needs those brake shoes off of that 35 sitting there they can have them, they are still pretty meaty
