What was done to YOUR rig(XJ/MJ) today MECHANICALY????

There are so many variations that could cause dw. Have you had someone turn the wheel back and forth while the engine is dead with the jeep on the ground and watched both ends of the track bar. Any play in the bar can cause dw. I have seen them wear, or I should say the bushing dry rot and have quiet a bit of play and it only be noticed by doing what I stated above.

Fixxed The Driveshaft, And Although I Feel Better About Driving Now That Its Fixed, My Death Wobble Is Getting Progressively Worse.... Any Ideas What Could Cause It To Get Rapidly Worse In 2 Days? Track Bar Is Tight, I Do Need To Grease Everything, But All My Nuts And Bolts Seem Tight.

Grease is not going to fix dw.

No It Was Loose A While Back On The Feame Side, But I Tightened That up

Wouldn't Hurt To Double Check It Though, Im Off Today So The Plan.Is.To Go Over Everything In The Front End And See What I Find It Will Probably Be A List Lol.

Seems another POS AZ China ignition switch (87 Renix) is on its last legs. They can make a 100,000 mile spark plug that operates at extreme temperatures and pressures for $$3.00 but not a >25,000 mile electric ignition switch that they charge $20 for. How the frack did we get the MOON?

And the sad part is I already bypassed the ignition switch for 75% of the major loads, like the AC, AC Blower, E-windows, wipers, radio.....Before I installed the last one. May be time to pass the entire POS switch. They are PIA anyway.:soapbox:

One thing is for sure, I have no interest in an electric car!!!

The gremlins had kids and they moved to the Ignition lock. Thought it was the slider ignition switch, pulled it, and no..... had to be the lock. Such fun.

Got the header on today. Went really smooth!

Just for done putting the hid's in the dd (mazda 6). It's nice having 2 headlights again. Maybe I'll put the bumper back on tomorrow.
