What to do in Ocala?

I'm going to Ocala, FL this Sunday for work and will be there for a week. I've been to a lot of the restaurants there so I'd like to see what else Ocala offers. Any place that I must see? Cool bars? I'll be bringing my skateboard so I will skate the park at least.

they have a giant jeep section, it's amazing, must do..

must have fire extinguiser, seat belts, and no glass/beer.

alot of great inclines, alot of fun.
