I've not been able to get the 4412 from any source in about 2 years-- I'm almost certain they were discontinued (although Champion has never told me that-- they just don't show availability on them ever)

The standard 412 copper core plug (RC9YC) is what I think Tim was talking about. If not, than I'm checking on a different plug than he was.

It's a matter of training your people to know what they need to know.... obviously your old store (I'm assuming that's where you went) doesn't think the staff needs to know how to sell things:shhh::looser:

Lol..wasn't either one of my old stores...they're 30-40 minutes on the other side of town. This is a different one that's less than a mile up the road from me.

If I need anything major, I just call up my original boss who now works at a store only about 20 minutes away...he does a pretty good job of taking care of me

stock number 412 is the RC12LYC-- used '91 and up
