What size bolts for engine stand?

I just picked up a rebuilt 92 YJ 4.0 to drop in my 97 XJ. I picked up a Harbour Freight engine stand and I need to know what bolts I will need to mount it to the stand?

The top two are 3/8-16 and the bottom are 7/16-14 course threads. Use a high grade bolt. Pick up washers as well. 3" should work.
