I think I just threw up in my mouth a little from the image of seeing Ben pulling up to my place in a white honda passport.... urp...

Just get a Civic.

Cummins Diesel... don't get no beater damn tow rig. get a real truck. But get diesel. If you want a small car the get smashed again. Get a Diesel VW. TDI...

Yes yes yes!!! (Touareg V10 tdi! One of the few cars I would trade my Jeep grand cherokee diesel for.

They are bad ass, theyre just so damn expensive...

I Would Never try to tow a 7000lbs trailer with a jeep on it with a touareg! to daym short and light. your tow rig should about the same weigth and length. Just really helps in stability, sway, stopping, etc..

maybe a nice cruiser and to tow a small boat. but not a fully loaded car hauler.

don't take a Touareg. they are expensive and the maintenance is also horrible expensive.

form our sight (european) i would suggest to take the older Audi A4 Diesel (the newer ones are not at the same quality level as the older ones). The mileage is about 40 to 50 mpg. That's a good deal.

Too bad they don't offer the diesel A4 over here........

Buy a Prius. Then you can drive like a prick all the time. Seems like all the ones I see drive that way.

one of my friends has one of those.. pays ten bucks a week instead of fifty like me... id drive it.

Last summer tim got hit 4 times by the same car in my big red gas guzzler. If he had been in his little yota he prob would not been there to help get the jeep on sat.

And yes, the right front wheel with the spindle was under the truck. They did not find it until they drug it on the back of the wrecker.

I voted for the big tow vehicle.

sh.t ...

depending to fuel economy our favorite cars are more the Diesels (with the smaller Diesel engines .... from about 1.5 to 2 Liter and with or without Turbo. With Turbo they have about 90 to 140 (and more) hp and enough torque).

when you are using the car for shorter distances (that means till 40 km per day) then a gas engine is also capable. But they also have only about 1.2 to 1.8 Liter and their mileage must be between 30 to 40 mpg. They have from 70 to 140 (and more) hp.

The best mileage cars are the VW Golf and the Audi. But a lot of others are right behind like the Peugeot (206, 207, 307) or Citroen, Mazda, Toyota (the smaller sized cars).

The new Jeep Liberty (here they call them Cherokee), Patriot with the 2.5 or 2.8 CRD have a mileage of about 20 to 30mpg. That's not bad, but here it's the upper level that people don't wanna override.

Since the last time i was in the states (2004) I saw that your gas prices are now higher. 2004 you had about half the price we had. Now it's about 2/3 of our price.

Well, here is another option, my brother drove mine two weekends ago, and loved it so much he decided to pick one up himself.

OMG 20K$! Ouch. You can get a 4x4 2006 Excursion Diesel for that. or for 1/2 that a 01 2wd with the better 7.3 in Excellent condition. More room, 15-20MPG, tows Significantly better, and can sleep 2-3 people comfy in the back with out feeling confined.
