To convert analog to digital there are turn tables with a usb out.
In my opinion vinyl sounds warmer. Records have a higher resolution so with some decent gear you can really tell a difference in the quality. Any audiophiles on naxja?

Big fan of vinyl, always feels like I should sit down crack a beer and really listen to whole record. Almost the exact opposite of streaming, almost like I have ADD skipping around songs and artists every song.

That being said, last bulk of vinyls bought:
R.L. Burnside
Lead belly
Jimi- electric lady land
Magic Sam
Hank Williams
Johnny cash - the American recordings
John lee hooker- hooker and heat

Current bands:
Green leaf
Black nasa
dan auerbach
Otis Taylor
RHCP- blood sex sugar magic

Good to gear im not the only one who appreciates records.

Emerald Physics cs3 speakers. Hand made in broomfield.

grooving Eddie Trunk on KNAC.com this morning at the desk on the PC... my speakers are slightly inferior to those :eyes:

I actually broke out some Yes this morning. Haven't listened to them in years.

now I'm on my Amazon cloud, rocking AIC's Facelift...

You guys ever check out spotify?
Same radio features like pandora. If you pay $10 a month you have immediate access to pretty much and album you could think of.
Listening to deftones. White pony

I've been rocking Spotify for 2 years. I love the premium service since I can get 128k or better files for anything I want for $10 / month.

Not a fan of the Behringer UltraCurve. Too much baseline noise on the DAC analog output. Give me an old-school Ashley 31-band or 4-band parametric any day for the same price.

Records, lol! If I wanted to hear snap, crackle and pop I'd eat Rice Crispys.

Reel to reel is where it's at...Besides, it was scientifically proven back in the early 1980's that records sound best when scratching.

RIP Jam Master Jay

I was jamming to some bluegrass at work today including Town Mountain, Cumberland Gap, OCMS, Trampled by turtles and Yonder. Tomorrow could be Jamey Johnson, All that remains or maybe even Billy Joel. Random ass musical taste here! :D

I'm a little young to have one of these...

It would be really nice to digitize the music I bought 30-some years ago.

I'm a headbangin hillbilly listening to some Volbeat :spin1:
