What is the best alternative to Photobucket?

I am not adverse to paying for hosting but just not $400 a year. What is the best alternative out there. I want to be able to save the images and do some minor editing such as sizing.

Imgur. I tried Google photos but 3rd party hosting didn't work on some sites.

Imgur is a PITA on an Android device but not too bad from a PC.

I moved to SmugMug after Photobucket went to hell! So far I like it.
