What flares are these?

From a guy on the VJC. I'm wondering what flares he's running.

I seem to remember Rusty's having a flare like that only made out of sheet metal? Maybe I'm crazy, but I swear I remember reading something like that. I'm looking for a flare that (preferably) isn't made out of fiberglass, as I don't want to tear them to shreds on right rock crawling trails. If they don't exist I'll bite the bullet and buy Hanneman.

They're glassworks 4.5" flares, same ones I'm running.

Hanneman makes a 3.5" flare that looks exactly like it though
