What did you do to your XJ today

Replaced my stereo that hasn't worked for 2+ years. I love having tunes again.

Thanks to Sideshow, I installed some new leather seats. They feel great, cant wait to get out on the trail.

with help from goblazers_6 I got my rear disc brakes complete after having a "I need longer wheel studs" delay. Took for drive with the new spool. Boy what a bad decision to install that. Good thing it will never break but it sure will break rubber of my tires!

i loved my mini spool.. screechin' tire on every corner... Cops hated me:shhh:

I finished my dual electric fan setup... it uses the stock A/C fan controlled by the computer, and a Taurus fan controlled by a relay and a Bosche 92c thermo switch (housed in a Volvo 900 cooling switch housing)

works really well so far... followed ehall's write up

adjusted my caster so now my springs don't curve and i'm not turning into the road. I also installed my hood vents

...they are not 100% even but I don't really care. I like it anyways

Plugs, wires, cap & rotor. It vrooms mo betta - oh and washed off all the E. Washington MUD from yesterday :).

The roof was covered! :)

yesterday i sealed off my rear quarter panels with some foam because when i cut my fenders in the rear it left a massive hole down there so i wleded some steel plate up there and sprayed some insolating foam in there. and then i put some stickers on my center consol so its an officially custom lol

You might wanna remove the excess foam from the void. If you ever cave that area in on a trail and then try and repair it the foam will be a pain in the a$$. I did the same thing. Had that very problem.

Washed it and ordered my shackle relocation kit from RC. Some really nice guys working over there

removed rear leafs. istalled full packs. got a sinking feeling when i noticed it shrank 1.5":gag:

Redid rear leafs very quicklyhasta. secured front bumpstops. reroughted e-brake cable. installed Rear Gas tank skid:cool:. Found out a ZJ trans cross member makes a great t-case skid :cool:. with some modifcations. well see if i get it bolted up befor the trip.

well see what else come thisweekend. heat soak is pissnme off...

Bronze.
