What did you do to your XJ today

I i think i found the leak in my xj today. somehow the hatch window on the top part of it the window was completely off so i could push it with my finger and see through the other side of the window haha. but i found this stuff called goop and it looks like it works pretty good i'll have to put it to the test now, see if my windows fog out in the morning with moisture

I also found the water leak i think in the front but not sure yet. the trim on the top driver side front window seems to be a little teaked i think ill just pack it with that goop stuff and see how it does i mean i don't think it'll hurt any you know

I WASSS building my transfercase skid plate till I ran out of welding wire in the mig machine.... Looks like its gonna have to wait. Before that I riveted on my front and back diamond plate sides that have been off since I did my fender flares.

Whats up guys? Got back from deployment a couple weeks ago and one of the first I wanted to do was soop up the old beast. Got it back from Kent 4x4 a couple days ago. Re-geared to 4.88 w/ the 29 spline and new axle shafts. Got an ARB air locker in the rear with the the big compresser and hose atachments. Had em weld the grid gaurd to the frame and got a Warn 8000lb winch. New LED headlights and FINALLY a new high performance manifold and headers to replace my stock cracked one. Some new gaskets here and there and some other small reworking. Jeep runs brand new! Gonna put in a performance chip soon as well. Good to be back. So when is the wheelin trip?

Nice to have you back :patriot: and thank you.
the jeep sounds bad a$$!
You going to make it to NWFest?

RubiconKid95 As mentioned previous, Thank You for your service for us at home, it is greatly appreciated and never forgoten. If you check in the "Staging Area" in the Northwest Chapter you will find the latest trips and times to go wheeling!

^^^^ you have a rivet gun?

Yeah, but its not a nuematic one if thats what your thinking.

Time to head to the store to grab a spool of wire and get some paint.

even with 3/4 of a tank, if you can park your front end high enough.. it will make the job super easy..

Finished my transfercase skid plate. Its 3/8" plate with some 3/8" flat bar welded to it. Paint is drying as we speak!

Pictures, case we all like em :D

Would you be able to use it to like rivet down a hood scoop....

i picked up some rubicon wheels for my wifes wj for 200 bucks and ordered a budget boost. now I need to find a steal of a deal on 245/75/17's but thats impossible.

Would you think whenever i got one would you want to help me install it possibly someday?

I could quite possibly do that :D

I installed the painted version of my transfercase skid plate today and then stared at it a little, then cleaned the inside window with windex, then stared at it some more, then wiped down the dash and door panels. Stood back and looked some more and said I'm going inside before I start a larger project.

Picked up some New to me, Cooper STT's with 80% tread for a killer price. Yesterday went till lick and pull and found a RHD cherokee and found that the AC bracket doubled as a High mount for the Alternator! Im hoping to get the tires mounted tonight... but Im sure the wife has other plans.

I towed another xj with it
