What did you do to your XJ today

Arron that's how you make it work man.

MoJoJoJo do you ever have a project go smooth for you man lol

My goal for the day was to put a stop to the BP oil spill my Jeep had.

-Replaced valve cover gasket
-Replaced oil filter adapter o-rings
-Replaced rear main seal
-Replaced oil pan gasket
-Changed oil
-Changed transfer case fluid (that was a bonus)

Not a bad day. So far no leaks!

I picked up 5 OEM Gambler rims (15x8 aluminum) for $100 on Friday. Sanded them since they were oxidized, put primer on and painted then gunmetal Friday night. Had to leave for Richmond VA yesterday though so I can't have my new Grabbers on until next weekend.
So I'll be selling the 4 15x7 Ecco wheels when I get back if anyone is interested. Don't have any pics since I'm out of town but they are in mint condition. I would keep them but I wanted 5 wheels and didn't want to hunt for a 5th Ecco.

Finished up the 'cut and fold' lower quarter panel mod. Turned out great, looks good. Need to weld a few spots still. Optima YellowTop and parts for OBA is next

And made a plate to box the end of the frame and give something solid to build rear suspension mounts off of.

3/16" plate for that section. The rest of the 'frame rails' will be cleaned up and cut nice.

A few hours here and a few hours there...

Something is missing....swapped out my bent leaf spring for a new one. I'm convinced that someone needs to make a good stable lifted floor jack, emphasis on the stable part lol.
