What did you do to your XJ today

Dang man.. did they have to send it ICE road trucker style..

haha. nope. Came Brown Santa! Got the rack and lights hooked up. The lift kit is up in Anchorage as we speak, so as soon as my buddy gets off of work, we'll drive up there. It's only 120 miles away, so it's definitely worth it ;) Should have it all installed by monday as we do not have a lift :/

Got my all new front end all bolted in, and she's sitting on all fours.

Snapped 3 of the 4 bolts that hold the top end of the shock absorbers during the installation of my lift. Any of you guys think an easy out will work? or should I just drill and tap?

Gave the Jeep its first mud bath today. Took the white jeep and my buddys new jeep on a 7 hour shakedown run. Good news, the Jeep is still in one piece and I have sucessfully completed a wheelin trip without adding any body damage. :D

pictures or it didn't happen.

Well of course I want on a camera cause I was driven. lol I have to wait till I can get ahold of a couple of the co-pilots. Everyone else is camping up there. It started raining like crazy.

Changed/replaced oil filter adapter o rings, rear main seal, oil pan gasket, timing cover gasket,
timing cover crank seal, harmonic balancer, and fould out I really need to get some front bumps,
because at some point. I over flex and nailed the lip of the oil pan with my passengerside upper control arm.
I barely missed the tranny lines thank fully.

Tore the hatch in half. The glass came out nicely so I'll have a spare and didn't loose the stickers... :dunno:

I looked at, then I ordered some parts for it.

fixed my xfer case linkage and finished reaming my waggy pitman arm.

I found that my front ARB sucked up another O-ring.

Replaced a headlight, now I need to replace the other one.. because it seems dim..

Drive lines up next! with soem exhaust hangers.

best investment I have made! nothing like beating on the rig and knowing that your trailer is at the staging area. Really nice after a long day hopping in the truck with leather seats!

Oops. Let me be more descriptive. A camping trailer to pull behind the Jeep.
