this is true but people want WAY to much for them. I have d44's with detroits and a 345 small block, d300 transfer case, removable top with a frame for right around $800

yes you dont see them.

Scouts are what? Is this NAISA? "Geeze"

stick to your unibody and you will see how bad you will hate them "if" you actually wheel them over time...............

Yeah weld, bolt and plate. I know at some point my Jeep will be done for. The good thing is that I can swap all my chit over to a CJ pretty easy. I have an XJ now so until I kill this thing I am in for the long haul. Besides I have seen full frames with cracks also.
Although I do miss my CJ especially in the summer I really liked the short wheel base however with the GF and two dogs my XJ is a little bigger the down side is she doesnt like to wheel so its kind of pointless unless you count our trips to Sisters or MT hood.

I wanted to help stabilize my vehicle more since I cant do anything about my tsmall p....I mean trackbar. So i built a bracket for my stabilizer. Im sure it wont last but it helps on road manners now. It looks like I cant cut straight but I assure you thats just the camera angle.

I did this to tie in the tank skid plate to the bumper so it will be much stronger.

Finaly dropped the belly pan, tightened up the joints, and did a tranny service after putting it off for the last year.

started at 130 this afternoon, walked in the door about 1230am. Hit a snag at just about every point possible.

-Placed jacks to close together - had to remove one long arm in order to remove the belly pan
-Couldn't get dipstick tube out
-Got the wrong filter / gasket
-Installed trans pan - forgot filter
-forgot grease gun at home
-Installed one long arm upside down - had to remove and flip
-Took 3 hours of cussing and kicking to get the uppers to line up with the last bolt hole.:badpc:

:banghead: AAAAAAAAAARRRRRRRRGGGGGG!!!!!!!!!
