What a Idiot

Cuz it should've recognized he was drunk and driven itself?

GM came in and showed how the vehcile met all regulations for roof crush standards even though by its GVWR it was not required to even try to meet the standards. Then factoring in the deceased's level of intoxication and decision not to wear his seat belt, they got the case thrown out.

Good. No-one should profit from someone dying of the dumbs.

I'm gonna get hammered for this but,.... Sometimes people do things that lack judgement because they're running on adrenaline. I don't have answers but I'll bet the incident all happened within seconds. The young man obviously wasn't thinking but that doesn't mean he was stupid or a moron. Sounds to me like his body chemistry just took over. Man's instincts were built to hunt and run like hell from danger,... not dodge ferris wheels.

We've all done things in our lives that a casual observer could and would describe as an unnecessary and/or foolish risk. I've read about alot of them in this forum. I don't think anyone should die due to one moment of lack of discretion nor do I have the desire to laugh at someone's untimely death.

I haven't read all the comments yet, so this may be a dup...

Two things come to mind.

1) That's using your head!
2) From Smokey and the Bandit; "Daddy my hat flew off!" "Was your head in it?"

I can see it now.
He sneaks in by climbing two fences and ignoring multiple signs, bends down to pick up his hat when he hears a loud noise. He then raises up to see what that noise is and he finds that his head is sticking up between two rails. He then finds himself face to face with a 50MPH train.
I wonder if his last thought was, "Hmm, Im kinda stupid".

But were those signs printed in all the known languages of the world?!?!?!

I don't see what waiting until the ride is over and then climbing the fences to retrieve your lost baseball has to do with hunting or running like hell from danger...It was a roller coaster not a ferris wheel anyways. They make a lot of noise and go really fast. Sounds to me like he went towards danger to get an unimportant and easily replaced object. His instincts were either seriously flawed or nowhere to be found.
