Cost is $20 or new unwrapped now (standard for TfT runs)

That's right there is finally wheeling out this way! (that I can invite folks to) arty:
I'd love to see some NAC folks make it out to my stomping grounds to wheel. This run is normally a good one ... I missed it the last few years but in 2000 it was pretty big. They ran an easy group and a hard group, I would imagine the same will hold true this year. Shoot me an email or PM if you need help with directions or if you want to meet up.

Bill, did you also post this on the PGHOffroad message board? A few of us were planning a trip to Creek Falls for that day, but I think this may be a better option. Any idea if we can leave our trucks and trailers somewhere?

bbaker80 - Nope, I didn't post it over there but I think Bill Hoffman (psychobilly) from BLWA mentioned it. I know some of them are trailering rigs in so they are probably leaving them at the Giant Eagle (huge parking lot there). I'll check with them to be sure and post back.

CountryXJer - Hope to see ya there! Look me up if you make it, the YJ doesn't stick out as much as the XJ did.

bbaker80 - got a reply on BLWA about trailers. Here's the quote: "I know some leave them there in the lot, I will be towing right to the trail head and leaving the trailer there." It looks like things are trailer friendly so come on out!

Saturday? The run is Sunday ... unless you're going to drive in the night before. Actually if you want to do that PM me. Good luck getting all the work done! I am pulling both trackbars on the YJ Saturday to prep for the run.

Yep, a group of YJ owners around here run without them. The scoop I'm getting is with leaf springs the trackbars aren't really needed (CJ's didn't even have them) - now with coils you HAVE to have them! (i.e. XJ front, TJ, ZJ) I'm going to give it a shot, if it handles like crap I can always put them back on.

Well, the run was a huge success ... 60 rigs or more made it. A lot of money was raised for Toys for Tots and many toys were gathered. It was good to meet CountyXJer, hopefully you had a good run - I was in the group that got split off and was displaced for awhile. Here's a link to the photos my crew took: Toys for Tots '04
