Well my delivery driver crashed his car today with my axle in the back

He thinks its totalled. I don't know when I'll be getting it. I'm not excited about the possibilities in a situation like this. Hopefully it doesn't find it's way to a wrecking yard with my axle included!!! I'm scared.

Go to the body shop or tow yard where it is being kept, and get your axle. It should be like him going to get his CD collection.

i know that when i totalled my car the yard wouldnt let me in to get my Cd's Because the Car wasnt in my name so that could be an issue for you ..

(They ended up calling the cops on me but i got my stuff)

Do you have a bill of sale, something that says who you bought it from, when, and how much?
