thanks for the help. but i need something local. im at the border of Illinois and Wisconsin. found a local welder and gave him pics of what i need but couldnt give me a quote. just said he charges 90 an hour. i know for a fact what i need done take less than 10 mins. weld on spring perches and weld on spacer to wj knucles.....

Hey not trying to hijack but I have a similar issue with a jk d30. I've striped it and now it's obvious it's a lil bent on the drivers side tube. And gonna need TnTs truss and sleeves and C gussets. After finding this bend and hearing nay saying I'm covering it all

I've searched near me but all that really comes up is pep boys and other shops that don't stand out. Hah
So looking for someone within a reasonable distance... 2 hours in a Cherokeeor so. From Miamisburg Ohio. I've searched Zion and Kelly's both are 5+ hours for me.

i just ate it.......kellys is too far...wold love to have them work on it. im right next to six flags. im just hope they weld everything in the right spot like i told them

id help ya out but my personal welder is in storage and I don't know if I can get away with doing it on lunch at work.
is New Albany, IN too far? that's where HD Offroad Engineering is. that's where I had my trusses welded before I had a welder.

Hmmm that's not too bad. Made that drive before for Uimited Offroad Expo. And the fact it's HD Offroad Engineering is even better. Was planing on their fame stiff set.

Thank you for a reliable reference Polar_jeep_04. Now I just hope that jk d30 can be straightened

try TKH fab, down the other side of Cincinnati
