Welding 4130 with a millermatic 180

Can I weld up some old heavier 4130 cromo bicycle frame tubes to steel with a regular mig welder? Not looking for an ultimate setup for cromo Im just fabing up some brackets and thats the steel I have that fits nice.

I am no welding expert by any means but I have never had any problems mig welding 4130 to mild.

How thick is the Chromo? I'd say anything over .120 is safe to MIG.
