i guess i will never be cool unless the mwc starts selling visors...my fitted hat size is 8 1/2-8 3/8. my football helmet always had to be special ordered. even in college i had to go the first 5 days without a helmet. no way in HELL that hat would ever fit me 
maybe a t shirt will have to suffice sometime but i have 4 million black t shirts for work...though i do LOVE having black hoodies for wearing backstage at shows. i would love to see black hoodies!

i know
they are pricey to buy. i could probably get a butt load of unprinted ones though if you ever need them. my mom works at a screen printing/embroidery place that does large scale production for colleges, high schools and police/fire units. they are having a huge closeout sale right now to to get rid of overstock/discontinued/misprinted items. she bought me some new black hoodies that should be good for now for $3 each so im hoping they will be alright. the stuff she got me before has all held up. i have a couple nice zip up police style jackets that are the shizz for wearing under a hunting jacket. they have their own manufacturer so they save a lot on cost.

Hale had some made up a few years back.
2" dia. on the front. His MIL works at the local embroidery place & I'm sure they still have it in the system. Not sure what it would cost.

well even if its just a patch like that, i could attach it to a sweatshirt. my mom has a bunch of misprints that she bought me that have a police badge on the breast and i could just have the patch sewn over it. she got them all for 2-3 bucks so im not going to complain about the logo thats on them

Yes, there should be somewhere in the area of 75 left. They are 3" diameter. I sold them for $5/ea shipped. Dunno if Susie wants to keep with that price or what.
