Im from Minnesota and every one waves. Farm truck passes a soccer mom, yeah, You exchange the little 2 finger(Does that sound right?):laugh2:
I lived in Long beach for 2 years and wouldn't get more than 1 wave back a week, People finally started waving to me again in texas on the drive home. Something about the west coast. If someone doesn't wave back (and they are in an XJ or any jeep with a few mods) They probably have paid everything done, including oil changes. If anyone else doesn't wave back its because they are most likely a democrat and are too worried about getting that hard nosed XXXX senator clinton in office, to worry about social niceties.
