X2. You have two options - RENIX + early years (up to 91 at least), it's on the inside of the left fender right by the booster and master cylinder. 95, 96, and maybe 94/a little earlier, it's over where the RENIX closed system pressure tank was, above the blower.

Make on out of anything that has the same size hole as your pump that's what I'v always done I have a choo choo train sippy cup from some park right now.

i relocated mine to the passenger side.
i used the original reservoir from my 97, ran longer wires for the pumps, ran longer fluid hoses.
its on an bracket that i have to remove to add fluid.
(but this isn't something that i have to do often, so its fine)
i removed the normal filler elbow and replaced it with a cap from a pre-97 reservoir.
i had to dremel the opening for the elbow a bit to get the pre-97 cap to fit.
(and it ends up being a 'cap' on the side of the reservoir, rather than top...)
here is a random, unrelated photo:
