Both actually. Ramsey winches are all Oklahoma-made, but I'm sure there is foreign made content in there somewhere. Some Superwinch models are USA made, some are not. And Warn doesn't exclusively use USA made parts either, the first remote Warn winch controller I looked at said 'Made in China' right on it.
Just an observation.

I believe all there lower end stuff is made in china but their higher end controllers are made in the USA!
