warn m8000 problems

alright guys, i'm borrowing an m8000 from a friend of mine for a while, but we can only get it to spool out, but not come back in? anyone have any ideas or a rebuild kit i could use?

Sure Check the soleniods. one will make the winch go out the other will make it come back. Open the box make sure both are conected then tap on each one to see if it's stuck

How good are you with volt meters? it is problaby nothing more than the solenoid not working.

well i'm not very electrically inclined, there are 4 solenoids in this thing i believe though, kinda weird i've never seen that many in one solenoid box before
