Wanted: XJ, lol...

Well I miss my 2000 and I want another one now for just a trail Jeep, but I am on a budget. I am looking for any 4wd XJ from stock to built and from a 91 to as new as your willing to let go. I have a max budget of $3k and I am willing to drive as far west as Texas if its a killer deal. I am in Alabama and have cash.

Now if you have a slightly rolled or damaged XJ thats perfect, as long as it driveable. Just let me know what you got.

Thanks, yeah there are some people about giving Jeeps away on ebay, I'm watching. I would rather buy from someone on here.

I've got a 97 4.0 auto Select 4wd 2door, 8.25 rear axle. 126,000 miles. It has a cyl4 misfire, has a new tune up, only thing left to fix is fuel injector (I have a new fuel injector, but not installed it yet) but still runs strong. Dent in the passenger side door. Currently has a 2" lift with 31" kumho venture mt's on black steel wheels. JKS trackbar & discos.
I also have lying around rubicon express 3.5" and rustys 4.5" coils if you want to add them to the deal. BPI front and rear bumpers, front not currently installed, but it'll only take about 45 min to install it, I can do it if you want.

Has a clunk in the left front end that I have not been able to identify. I put in new balljoints and unit bearing on that side. Probably will be an easy fix once it's located. All in all is an awesome trail vehicle, has gotten me anywhere I pointed. Not even sure if I really want to get rid of it, but I really don't have the cash or time anymore to work on it. So if the deal is right and you can come and get it, you got it.

For $3k it's a steal. KBB has it priced around $3400 without all the aftermarket parts.

I know of a 96 XJ country with 86k on it. It was rolled over and a new roof has been welded on. In primer where repaired. Blue in color 4wd,4.0 ,auto trans.Beleive he is asking 3k the way it sits?
