Wanted- Hub for tire carrier

I am going to have a swing-out built and am looking for a source for a rear hub that can be welded to the rack to mount the tire to. I don't figure a wreaking yard will let me pull one out of a complete axle. Thanks.

I think I've seen hubs that would work for that at tractor supply, atwoods etc. You might try a place like that.
