Wanted: 8.25 axle

I am looking to upgrade my d35 with a 8.25. of course a 29 spline unit is perferable but I would consider a 27 spline one if the price was right. Thanks.. I'm located in Montana so shipping will be an issue.

Well I checked with the wife (familys CFO) and found out that I can only do $200. that would include shipping so I doubt thats possible.

I have a 27 spline 8.25 W/ 456 gears lockrite and yukon axles. i would need a little more than 200.00 for it though. About 500.00 would be right. It's in Salt Lake City Utah.

Well the problem I'm having is that we needed to pay taxes. I forgot about it and its now time. I think i will wait until I can replentish the funds. As for a Forward Air near me.. there isn't one. Salt Lake is the closest. Thanks for everything guys.

why are D44 cheap in the West and 8.25 expensive?

on the east coast.. D44 $350-$400 8.25 29 Spline complete.... $60-$100

this is the reason I went 8.25 instead of D44...

well...I think D44 are overpriced everywhere!! I picked up both of my 8.25 for just over 100.00....just have to look around a bit....the fact that I work for a wrecking yard helps!! If you can wait good deals always come up---just have to have the money to act on them!!
