Wanted 31in ATs or MTs 15 or 16 inch rim

Myself and a buddy are building a purpose built ZJ for the TREC series at the Badlands. We currently are in need of:

31in (or the metric equivalent) ATs or MTs 50% or better tread with a 15 or 16 inch rim size (we can go either way) and within a couple hours of Fort Wayne, IN
The cheaper the better.
