vibration between 20-40 mph

We'll I built some transfer case drop blocks this week and also got them installed.It was fairly easy except I did have a problem with the crossmember support. The one bolt that holds it on came out o.k., but when I went back in with it the nut that is welded inside the uniframe broke loose, maybe I didn't have enought lube on it.So I drilled and tapped a new hole in the frame, which is very thin. If any body else has a better solution I would love to know.And yes the blocks took care of all my vibrations which I am thrilled with.

I built some blocks for the transfer case drop and they worked great I now have no vibration at all. the only problem I had was the one bolt that held the crossmember bracket on had a nut welded inside the uniframe broke loose on me and started spinning. I finaly got it back apart and drilled and tapped a new hole which the frame is very thin, I hope it hols. Does anyone have any ideas how to fix that problem?
