So I ordered two pig tails for my LEDs for my Thor guards I picked up off a guy on here. Well at the time it seemed like a buck per and 10 bucks shipping was ok, then I realized I could buy two lights at Harbor Freight for $3 a piece which included the pig tails, and I discovered I was over drawn. So I email them the next day after I make the order asking them to cancel it. I got no response so I emailed them again and called twice, both times I called I got an answering machine so I left a message telling them to cancel my order. Well, I call again a few days later...still no answer. Well today I got an email saying they shipped it yesterday with the shipping number. Currently I'm over drawn and don't get my paycheck till tomorrow, and the worse thing is...I just had the bank take two other over draw fees off due to some other stupid stuff. I checked my account and it hasn't been charged yet, I went to my bank (Bank of America) and I was told since it was shipped there was nothing they could do.

Well this company is a "Yahoo E-Commerce" store (meaning yahoo runs the show for a monthly fee), and I was hoping I could get help through them but got nothing with some digging. Basically I want to know what I can do. Am I SOL? I'm a student and underage (17) so my account privilege are limited as is (no credit cards) and since I'm over drawn I would assume they couldn't charge me, but I'm apparently wrong.

Anyone have any experience with this company? It seems awfully shady after all this crap I've been dealing with. VERY unprofessional.

Call your bank and put a freeze on your account, PRONTO!

You are already screwed with the overdraft, cut the loss, then get out of BOA.

So YOU bought something online(without checking them out first) without the proper funds to pay for them. Than you find them cheaper somewhere else & expect them to drop what they are doing to stop your order? NOMINATED

valid statement. still, their business ethics seem to be somewhat less than stellar at times. quick google shows some unhappy shoppers.

I would have done that before ordering, OH yeah & I would have made sure I had the $ to pay.:peace:

Actually I had the money. When I made the order I had more then enough, but then a gas charge found its way into my account a week late. I didn't notice it as I'm still fairly unexperienced with this bank account management deal, and it got me. So when I found out I was overdrawn I tried to cancel the order.

UPDATE: Called my card, they hadn't been able to charge me since I'm overdrawn and so I cancelled my card and got another. I was told to send the item back if I recieve it with a request of proof of delivery, so they can't come back at me for collection.

I recommend this company to no one for the record. And lesson learned! BBB.com and check a businesses history before ordering. Man this is a crappy way to start out the year.

So to add insult to injury. You cancel your card so they will never get payed for the product YOU ordered & WON'T pay for, that you KNOW has been shipped to you. Thanks for helping out the 4X4 image. Did ya mention any relationship with NAXJA? Lord I hope not.

Chill out for what? If you treated me that way buying something from me online I would rip on you also. I have done alot of buying & selling online & only got burned once. Lucky me. But if a buyer did what he did, to me, I'd PO'ed.

You dont get it do you? The company was providing bad customer service! I ordered a product, I changed my mind, and a few days later I lost the funding (again, due to some charges I didn't expect, but that was taken care of) I contacted the seller multiple times requesting them to cancel my order. ANY reputable GOOD company would have complied, as nothing was done with my order for a WEEK. They shipped me the items, but they are items I DO NOT want, nor can afford at this time, I WILL be sending the products back IF I recieve them (just because they sent me a tracking number doesn't mean they sent anything). I left my complaint on BBB.com, and they no longer will be getting my money, so to me the hard part of this is done. Lesson learned.

If you want to be ignorant, good day to you, sir.

And CanMan, I'm quickly learning cash is a better idea for me with the way the economy has slowed my work (and paycheck) down.

You just read what you want, have a nice night..
He said he tried to stop the order because1. he had no funds.2. He found them cheaper elswhere. 3. He said he will send them back. Now my question is? Who's paying for that shippng? Who is paying for all the admin work involved with a return?

You can call 1-800-442-6680, punch in your card number, then your last 4 SSN, and check your account.

Use cash for everything bought in person. Gas, food, goods, ect.. Debit card for phone or online orders.
