Variable intake manifold

After driving a gen 2 toy camry for the last few weeks and beggining to tweak on the 2vzfe v6 I noticed that it has the ACIS system on it and I realized that the system could be adapted to a custom manifold fairly easily using an rpm activated switch. You can feel the change in acceleration when it switches because there is a dead spot before it does and it is really obvious on a dyno curve. I'm looking for input on whether it's worth it, what length runners for both high and low rpm and what rpm would be acould switch point. What do you think?
