So I know this is a XJ forum, but I sold mine a while back, went without a car for a while, then being broke as I am all I could afford to (finally) buy was a 1997 ZJ 4.0L laredo 2wd.
Anyway, I'm having some troubles with getting this ZJ to be a good DD (going to buy another XJ this upcoming semester). One of these problems is the turn signals. When the headlights are on, the left turn signal blinks fast. Replaced the bad bulbs, which was a front right turn signal (small one) and a rear-side red headlight bulb (non blinker or brake light). So in total, 4 front bulbs, and 2 rear, yet the problems persist.
My plan is to check the blinker device that makes the clicks as I have heard this could be the problem (doesn't make sense to me though), then maybe the turn signal relay???
Any one have any advice?
