TSB 05-05-00 Brake thump

Anyone have this? I'm pretty sure this is whats going on with my XJ and would like to know what this has to say. I found it mentioned here

Tell me more... sounds like something that happens on my wife's '01 XJ. A loud thump sound from the front end during hard braking, especially if done in reverse and then again in forward, like something is shifting from the brake torque.
