it's because jeeps with automatics were only meant to get knobbers on the trail. If you have an ax15 you won't get them at all.

If you have poly motor mounts how much would your trans move? They have to lessen the movement somewhat.

the problem would be if the motor moved and the trans didnt, or vice versa. i guess it could crack the bellhousing.

I have rubber mounts now. going to change everything over to poly.

NOW it's fixed

An auto will bleed red fluid on the trail, and have vibes from poly mounts
An AX-15 has a large appendage and prefers rubbers

If you guys like giving knobbers trailside, that's your own business.

its usually the tail housing that will break or the t case when you mix rubber and poly mounts
