i am installing my custom drop and i was wondering what you do with the studs that come out of the frame? would someone sell a collar...or do i just drill up through everything? thanks guys

Take them out a replace them with bolts.
If thread 2 nuts on to the stud you can turn the top one against the bottom one and the studs will turn out of the frame. I'd use some PB breaker too.

I removed the studs with a pair of vise grips. They will come out. Then use bolts in place of the studs.

Spend couple bucks and get a stud puller: comes in handy and makes life easier. I think it cost me abotu $5 from harbor freight or it's around $10 from Sears.
