Trans temp gauge

I wanted to know if any of you have seen an oil temp gauge that is rectangular? I was thinking about incorporating one where the clock is in some XJ's. This is a link of an air gauge with the kind of shape I'm looking for. As you can tell I fix dental equipment how exciting lol.

I have not seen one done they way your thinking, but I did see this using the clock are of an XJ.

You loose the clock, but most aftermarket cd players have one in them anyway.

That looks nice I may go that route. Although I do not have the clock I shall get one today lol

I already have the B&M guage kit, part number 80212, and plan on installing it as I wrap up my BA10 to AW4 swap in the next few days. I'm leaning towards this install myself.
