trailer wire harness for LED conversion

Hey, im trying to do the LED brake light conversion, and i was wondering if anyone could tell exactly where to wire the trailer harness that converts the stop, turn signal into one. I've got the kit and now i just need to know where to look. And if you've done this with the 2" clear reverse lights where did u get those? Ive searched all over the internet and can't find any. Thanks

Also what year XJ. Trailer wiring is different for the early XJs and the late XJs

i just have some generic conversion kit for brake/turn signal into one, and its a 95. I just didnt know if i'm supposed to get one for each taillight, or what, any help is appreciated.
