torsion axle for 4x4 trailer?

I'm designing a trailer to pull behind my XJ offroad and am looking for any pros/cons of using a torsion axle vs. leaf sprung axle.

One pro that pops off the top of my head is the torsion axle will have much better ground clearance than the leaf sprung.
