Yeah, I think so. The chassis seemed pretty solid, but the overall build wasn't considered strong enough to actually hit bigger tornadoes.

I recall reading somewhere that the new TIV he's building is going to be a mix of heavy-duty and baja-racer type of vehicle. He said he's tired of having to stay only on roads.

Sounds like he's trying to cross breed the TIV's with one of those Dakar "Racer Support Trucks", that has the potential to be really cool or the subject of a Loverboy song (like Pig and Elephant DNA IIRC:laugh3

the DOW seems to have been their most reliable piece of equip so far, they got a reliable TIV now the friggin DOW breaks, and im sure that the DOW isnt cheap to fix either

my rack w/ tire doesnt like to stay attached on trails and bumpy roads either, man that TIV sux bad in the mud, itd probly look like a red windscreen and an IMAX camera covered in entrails
