Find another Tire's Plus. There are several around here, and I will only go to one and only that one, if a particular tech is on duty.

I have had good luck there, bu I don't let just anyone work on my wife and daughter's cars

I'd call the regional manager, the guy that's in charge of the franchises in your area. likely the 5 Cubans working at the place don't give a crap about the reputation, but he will.

Tell him your next call is to the local investigative news reporter and that you're going to show him the damage they caused to your floor.

So when I get back I notice the tech lifted the XJ up from under the body seams right on the rocker panel and totally pushed in the floor pans body seams and crush the rocker panels instead of lifting from the "frame" ::

ok no offense..... but i would have blown a major gasket on these people right about here, if you let them continue from this point some fault lies on you. you have to know what a hammer is to be good at using it......



honestly i wouldve gone apesh*t.... i hate people working on my junk, if the exhaust shop would let me pay them just to use their bender i would

The regional manager called me because of the review i slammed them for on google. I am having a good body shop put together an estimate for the repairs on Wednesday and they will pay w.e it will be..

your right. I should have put my foot down there, but he already had the tires dismounted etc so I had him correct the lift error right away, and let him finish his work. Its when he gave up on the alignment is when i lost it, because other techs started bringing other customers cars to work on. So he f*ed up my car and wouldn't complete the work.

I understand your pain. Tires Plus up here in MO is pretty good. But what do you really expect for a guy making 8.50 an hour

Be glad that he has a job and to perform his job 100%
