My MTR's are 35x12x15 they were 220 a pop mounted and balanced. You can find them for around 200 bucks.

I got mine at a local Goodyear Tire center that specializes in Big Rigs, this was the smallest size tire they carried, so I was told. A buddy just happen to stop in and ask.

I love them. Road Manners, trail.. I have not been in deep sand yet.. but I have every bit of confidence they will be great.

I vote for GY Kevlar or Firestone Destination M/T (I believe the Dayton Timberline M/T is the same as well)

my brother runs the km2 and loves them but i run the toyo mts and love them (yes they are expensive) but anyways i have a friend that works at the costco tire center and he said that they stopped making the km2s for a bit cause they re did them the only thing they changed was the tire compound so that they are softer so they will wear down a lot faster

I vote for the MTR Kevlars, got a set a few months ago and they are amazing. I paid $208 at sears for them (35x12.5R15).

The best I think for everything but mud. Don't know about snow.
yeah, I was pleasantly surprised in the snow today. My treadwright ATs did fine, I expected to slide everywhere. They kinda suck on anything wet/slippery though. Since any rocks you can find around here are generally preceded by or surrounded by dirt and water and mud, they aren't all that hot out here.

i stand corrected. haha. looks like the price has dropped drastically since the last time i looked at tires. good deal. guess ill skip 33s, strait to 35s! haha.
sounds great till you realize that too much win pedal combined with a d30 and 35s can result in an unplanned axle build or a significant amount of turd polishing. If you wheel like a granny or have something better than a d30 already, full speed ahead.

35x12.50 15 Kevlars, got them at Discount Tire at $200 even. I love them so far, only been offroad twice but they are better than my previous BFG Mt's.

www.treadepot.com has the Kevlar's for $192/tire right now. I think I got mine at Tire Rack for $196 a few months ago, but they went up on their site.

Had em since July and love them.

The 6 hour drive to the Outer Banks in NC was great, the tires have awesome road manners. I tried to get stuck in the sand out on Carova Beach, driving in the loosest sand I could find and nail the throttle and it would pull right out. Drug a bottomed out Ford Flex across 30 yards of soft sand.

Also amazing in the rocks and muck at Rausch Creek (assuming this is where the OP is wheeling). They would climb any damn rock I put a tire on. I'd jokingly put a tire on a vertical rock that was taller than the tire itself and it would go right up. Even made it up this crazy steep rock face that my friend with 39.5" bias Rockers had trouble with. Can't believe how much grip they have. Don't think I'll ever buy another offroad tire.

were you refering to me or the OP? i plan to polish the 30... super 30 with 30 spline shafts should do nicely.

I love my 34x10.50 ltb's they are nearly bullet proof. Had them for 4 years and hardly any wear. Not much good on road, but they kick ass in the dirt!!! The pavement will eat them quick!

if i had the money i would like to go with MTZ's by far my favorite tire

You can have mine. I hate them. Loud, hard, loud, too stiff of a sidewall to get any flex, inconsistent siping that bugs me.... I much prefer my km2s to them, and would not hesitate suggesting them to you. In fact, after I got mine two other jeeps in our group have gotten them and also love them... that being said, the kevlar mt/r will be replacing my mtz. I loved the old mt/r so much, and everything I've heard about them (having no personal experience with the tire) says that they are everything the old ones were, except better in every way. Either the km2 or the kevlar mt/r would be my suggestion.

I have a love/hate relationship with that trail. sometimes i can crawl it all without issue, other times it pisses me off the the extent that i do stupid things like attempt the v-notch to the left of that face
