Tire Carrier

id like to see the material in the CNC plasma table that he must have to make thoes cuts... :D

Plasma won't do that. He'll need to shape them on a very expensive mill. :D

Don't know if you've given consideration to things like seeing out of the rear, or dragging the tire down an obstacle. Or weather you might want to change wheel patterns, or rim width from what your currently running. If you haven't, I suggest you do. It's easy to build a plate with two patterns now, versus cut off old studs latter, increase the size of the mount, and redrill for new lugs. Or discover dropping your 33 or 35" tire down so you can see over it, only to find it's now a departure angle limiting factor. Just a suggestion. I recently changed from 5 on 4.5 to 5 on 5.5, and had to make time consuming mods that would not have been necessary had I, or my bumper/tire carrier builder thought ahead.

Another thought: provisions for a gas can, and a mount for high lift jack.

yeah, i will have to check out the departure angle and vision once i start to fab it up...and if i do, i can get an adapter...i might just drill out the plate for both.

and i will be putting my hilift on there for now. i can always add the jerry can holder later

Well, if you put the tire in the center, like your diagram shows, fitting a jerry can later may not be so easy as now. My full size 33" spare sets as far to the driver's side as practicable, and just touches my jerry can. This also gives me a little area on the passenger side to see out the back. The tire fairly well covers the rear window! I can kinda see through the spokes of my wagon wheels.
