welded rear aint no thing. I have had my 8.8 welded for a year now. Works good, but tears the s hit out of my yard. That's my biggest complaint.
I do have some spare non c-clip d35 shafts if anyone needs me to bring them to Winterfest.
About the only thing that will be different about mine, is hopefully it won't have that annoying exhaust leak anymore. Putting on new manifold and whole new exhaust, as soon as I can find the time to start it. Not looking forward to that project at all.
And don't worry about the smaller tires. I have been running on 32" tires for over 2 years. I would like to go up a size, but I can't justify it yet, as I get around pretty good. Come to think about it, I have only had to use my winch (to extract my Jeep) a couple times since I locked the front.
Now, I did have to use What Rd's winch to get me out of this situation, but only because I wanted to go backwards and give it another shot. Of course, none of the tires were actually touching the ground, but I wasn't stuck
