"The Walking Dead" on AMC

Ha. Saturday morning channel surfing and just realized Merle was in Cliffhanger.

He made a better hillbilly than a mountain rescue climber.
 
The dude in the end was in the first season. His son walluped rick over the head with the shovel before he even found his family.
Then later on he was in a building by himself gone crazy if I remember right.
 
Black guy? That was Morgan. And the blonde chick is Beth I'm pretty sure. Haven't seen the episode yet.
 
So far this guy has been in my two favorite TV shows eva(Jericho and Walking Dead) and in both shows he plays a quiet, unassuming wild card who can kick F-Tons of butt.

Carol coming out as the super sniper/sapper/infiltrator badass and Morgan the world record zombie killer extraordinaire(after having a nervous breakdown) it looks like they have an A Team for a real apocalyptic mega deathfest.

This might be the season where people don't feel like they are still being robbed of the original creative geniuses who brought us the first season that got everyone hooked on the show to begin with.

Glad to see Carol kick ass. Also glad to see the Tyrese isn't a complete puss.

Morgan is back again.

Now, what was the deal with the carving in the tree that Morgan was checking out?

Beth is somewhere and not having a good time.
 
Very happy that we didn't spend 6 weeks figuring out how to get out of a terminus. awesome that they were able to pack that into 1 show. could have used a little more back story to what the hell the place was all about but oh well.
starting to wonder if the people that took beth are the people that originally took terminus over. if so she has just been in a rape cave for this long.
Carol is as badass and im hoping she sticks around.
thought Daryl was gonna kiss her for all the women out there.


favorite part had to of been when they were sitting in the rail car and no clue what the heck is going on out there. just hearing shots, zombies, and explosions. ready for anything. thinking there is a good chance 3 of their best are dead and the door swings open to an all out war zone and rick ,like a boss, is like, lets go now!
 
In the comics, Glen gets killed with a baseball bat (named Lucille). The show doesn't follow the book all that close, but I was so on the edge of my seat wondering if that part would.

Great episode.
 
rick's character really came through in this one, i was on the edge of my seat the whole show. and tyrese going outside then coming back in to save the kid was a real aww moment, then i LOVED the outside view that showed he offed the whole group of zombies with his bare hands.

this episode has me hooked all over again!

im willing to bet the marks on the tree are a lead to another settlement, since the terminus sign was painted over. maybe morgan showing up was not the same day everything at terminus went down. :dunno: nice ending though, as soon as i saw him i was like WHOA THAT GUY FROM SEASON 1!

carol, badass. but what were the first gunshots she heard to let her know terminus was bad?

Wasn't that all the gunfire when Rick and crew tried to escape after he observed the watch? That is what I thought it was.

agreed. that is what carol was doing while rick and crew were running all around.

they never mentioned how long rick and crew were in there, so this is saying it was only a couple hours or so.
 
Yeah, i kinda lost track when flashing to rick and carol.

The explosion that distracted the slaughterers in the first scene was Carol shooting the fuel tank. Then they went back and showed Carol shooting the tank? But at that time I thought Carol saw rick and crew still bound up outside.

Maybe I have that all wrong.
 
No im thinking the shots from the end last season.

Caral and the walkers showed up about the same time.

Terminus knew their round ups, (when they were shooting at ricks crew from the room) attracted walkers from.all around. That is why the guy caral and tyresse ran into was out with fire works, to distract the walkers that are attracted by their regular round ups
