Are you going to use late model power doors?

How difficult would it be to get the factory wiring to work with the original dash wiring.

If I went with late model doors with the original dash... Could I run power to the doors and have the locks, windows and mirrors work without any other module or dash wiring? Is it all self contained?

Well, i'm still up in the air about using a 97+ front clip. It also depends on how much money my kid has to spend on the rebuild of the Jeep. He will be in the NAVY starting in Sept and will be sending me money to repair it. I'm not sure how much extra coin he will have.

If he's in the Navy and stationed on a ship or sub then he'll have ALOT of extra money as long as he doesn't get crazy on leave. Couple of the guys I work with were in the Navy both on subs and were able to save alot of money in the short amount of time they were on them. For the rebuild since you've already got to get new fenders, header panel, and doors I'd go ahead and do the 97+ conversion now. Wiring won't be to hard to figure out to get the doors to operate correctly.
