Sounds like time well spent. :D

From what I heard the Torchmate car had some cooling issues. Some gremlins were to be expected since it was only a few days old. I think once they get it dialed in, it's going to be a contender for some of the other Ultra 4 races.

In the live coverage, did you see the rockbug upside down on the waterfawll @ back door? It was pretty good.

And I'm pretty sure Scherer rolled TWICE.

It was interesting to see Campbell on Goodyear's.

Tracy put on a good show. He did some funky u-turn in coming into Backdoor, and then put it on it's lid shortly after. I had to laugh after they got it back on it's tires, he about did the same thing again. I guess at that point he had no rear sway bar, and no reverse?

I'll be curious to see what the teams think of the Goodyears. There were quite a bit of them out there this year. Shannon said in his interview he got a couple of flats. I was surprised to he switched after running BFG's for so long.
 
I've been three times, it's an awesome experience. If any of you are able to pull it off, do it... especially since there are rumors floating around of no KOH after 2012. Another one in the Ultra 4 series that is supposed to be even BETTER than KOH, is the Stampede in Reno in September.

That jump looks totally unexpected, lol... wonder if there was poo in the seats after that one ? :gag:

Is there any other footage of that ? I heard about it when they interviewed the chopper pilot after the race, but i havn't found any other footage yet... :bawl:
