Ok so I have been wanting to do this for a long time. I am a full time student and have a limited budget. This is going to be the slowest build ever in the history of NAXJA
I am looking for all the advice I can get. I started with a totaled MJ. this is where I'm at so far.

My cross member is framed out of 1x10.120 square tube and then plated with 1/8". O then used 3x3.250 angle to sleeve the unibody and ran 3 1/2" Grade 8 bolts through crush sleeves on each side, plus I was able to use all 4 nutserts on each side. Some friends and I just went in on a tube bender. So for a practice bend I made a couple exact 90's and a stinger out of HREW. I am going to be building a hybrid cage / flat bed out of a combination of DOM and HREW. I have a hp44/60. I built custom radius arms out of the factory radius arms and Dom and ballistic joints.

This is my concern for your lower arms. This was taken from rok-jeeps build on Pirate. He used 1.75x.250 to sleeve the Ford arms. I'm sure your arms will work fine for it's current status though.

I wouldnt worry about it to much. It wont be leaving the garage unless it gets loaded on a trailer to the next rental garage.
